Constance Lynn (Sullivan) Van Dyk Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Constance Lynn (Sullivan) Van Dyk of Freeland, Washington, born in Coronado, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Though Constance Lynn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Constance Lynn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Tolbert; and her former husband Michael Sullivan. She is survived by: her mother Frances Tolbert; her husband Gerald Van Dyk; her sister Jan Haynes (Jim); her daughters, Kimberly Olsen and Kelly Leckelt (Kent); her grandchildren, Lacy Daniels (Mike), Vanessa Mullis (Camden) and Caden Leckelt; her great grandchild Jack Daniels; her nephew Zachary Haynes; and her great-niece Hartley Haynes. She is also survived by numerous stepchildren, nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Whidbey Presbyterian Church (1148 SE 8th Ave, Oak Harbor, WA 98277).
