We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2018, Earl Higdon (Forks, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jill Higdon of Port Angeles, WA and Jonnie Higdon of Port Angeles, WA; his sisters, Shirley Wallace of Ferndale, WA and Charmie Dibble of Sedro-Woolley; and his brother-in-law Dan Dibble. He is also survived by several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
