He is survived by: his wife Patricia Russell of Sandpoint; his sister Loyce Gilmore of Oakhurst, CA; his sons, Joseph Russell (Sarah) and Jerald Russell (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Lauren Russell, Hannah Russell, Lindsey Russell, Alexander Russell and Mason Tribe.
