She is survived by: her children, Candace Lee Carroll, Christine M. Warford (Cris) of Fircrest, John A. Petteys III (Louise) of California and Jerome F. Petteys of Tacoma. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
