He is survived by: his wife Thelma Leslie Darling (Hall); his children, Andrew J., Thomas E. Jr., David L. Darling, Tamara J. and Julie D. Darling; and his stepchildren, Joel C. Cox III, Mandy L. Cox and Deborah Lynn Cox. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew.
