He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Harlan and Effie Harlan (Johns); his wife Florence Lucille Cox; his daughter-in-law Pam Harlan; and his children, Beth Breen (David), Marc Harlan and Eric Harlan (Joyce). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
