He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Scott (Jones); his children, Karen Scott, Sharon Johnson (Joseph), Maureen Kinley (Steve), Ralph Scott (Angel) and Ryan Scott (Lauri); his grandchildren, Todd, Earl Johnson, Nicholas, Cameron, Ally Scott, Darian Williams, Jasmine Scott and Billie Jean Kinley; and his siblings, Gail Phair (Ron) and Charles Scott. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
