He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Dowling and Regina Dowling. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Chelsea Brionez (Miguel); his grandchildren, Isabella, Sienna and Mateo; his siblings, Dean Dowling (Teri) and Leeann Beyer (Leonard); his niece Bridgette Gransden (Kieth); and his nephews, Tony Dowling, Joe Dowling and John Matthews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenacres Memorial Park (5700 Northwest Dr, Ferndale, WA 98248). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the same location.
