It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Higley (Ferndale, Washington), born in Withrow, Washington, who passed away on January 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Keith; and his children, Wayne, Alita and Bruce. He is survived by: his daughter Rosalee "Rose" Knutson (Alan); his grandchildren, Jeff Holmes and Lani Davis (Robbie); his great grandchildren, Parker and Blair Davis; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Higley. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
