It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leland Dale Carlson (Ferndale, Washington), who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Carlson and Marjory Ericksen; his brothers, Larry Carlson and Leon Carlson; his close friend Lorraine Parker (LaLa); his sister-in-law Karen Carlson; his parents-in-law, Dorothy Modenese and John Modenese; and his brother-in-law Stephen Modenese.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Modenese; his children, Terry, Brian, Mark (Barbara) and Heather TenKley (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Cody, Jade, Bianca, Patrick, Logan, Jillian, Skyler and Rylee; and his siblings, Leslie Carlson, Joseph Carlson (Kelly), Barbara Mann and Debbie Hurley (Leroy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
