She was predeceased by: her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, Sylvester Kentch, Ethel Kentch (Stump), Kathy Slesnick (Dan), Diana Zender (Greg), Ken Morelli, Julie Sturgeon, Dina Morelli, Marna Morelli (Steve) and Toni VanWeerdhuizen (Roger); her grandchildren, Nichole Braun, Erin Morelli-Mettille (Shane), Josh Zender (Rebecca), Ashley Lindsey (Taylor), Kyle Bergh, Tyson Slesnick, Dustin Rathjen, Nolan Slesnick, Lara Slesnick, Cory Bergh, Gerrit VanWeerdhuizen and Travis VanWeerdhuizen; and her brother Wes Kentch (Louise).
We began our long goodbye four years ago when Juanita was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease.
