He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Hoggarth and Elizabeth A. Hoggarth (Jeardeau); his wife Carmen L. Hoggarth (Drake); and his siblings, Murray Hoggarth, Alice Setzer and Joe Hoggarth. He is also survived by two sons, daughters-in-law, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
