It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Norman Bliss of Ferndale, Washington, born in Bellingham, Washington, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wilbur and Bertha Maude Bliss (Kinney); his wife Patricia Lee Bliss (Neudeck); his daughter Carolyn Sue Bliss; and his sister Barbara "Ban" Bourne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Merideth Bliss and Barbara Boucher (Mark); his grandsons, Wilson, Corbin Troxel and Michael Boucher; and his great grandchild Charlie Troxel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
