With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Ann Boraker of Ferndale, Washington, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Ann Boraker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Issac Willems and Anna Willems (Thiessen); her husband Everett; her brothers, Joel and Jim; her son-in-law Scott; and her granddaughter Whitney.
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Mari) of Wisconsin and Tracy of Ferndale; her sister Betty; her sister-in-law Charlotte; her grandchildren, Heather (Paul), DeAnna (Aadam), Stefanie (Vernon) and Maddie (James); and her great grandchildren, Rye, Baylee, Corbin, Eli, Connor, Frankie, Isabelle, Presley and Maverick.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Ferndale (5759 Vista Dr, Ferndale, WA 98248).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Samaritan's Purse or Child Evangelism Fellowship of Whatcom County.
