He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edward Claeys and Betty Duane Claeys; and his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Grace Claeys; his children, Kate and Aaron; his children-in-law, Jake Cerese and Shannon Claeys; his granddaughters, Finnley, Hayden and Emry; and his siblings, Clareen, Carl and Brian (Arsie).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woods Point Lodge (1420 Woods Point Loop, Ferndale, WA 98248).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lighthouse Mission Ministries in Bellingham or Engedi Refuge in Lynden.
