He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Edward Claeys and Betty Duane Claeys; and his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Grace Claeys; his children, Kate and Aaron; his children-in-law, Jake Cerese and Shannon Claeys; his granddaughters, Finnley, Hayden and Emry; and his siblings, Clareen, Carl and Brian (Arsie).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lighthouse Mission Ministries in Bellingham or Engedi Refuge in Lynden.
