He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer James and Viola Marie Binder (Housden); and his sister Gloria R. Parke. He is survived by: his wife Mary Christine Binder of Federal Way, WA; his children, Theodore James Binder (Sidney) of Kent, WA and Lynn Binder Rechcygl (Gordon) of Bothell, WA; his stepdaughters, Wendy Warter (Jean) of Phoenix, AZ and Annie Mashal (Mark) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandsons, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Austin and Ryan; and his brother James A. Binder.
