She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Amick and Margaret Amick; her brother Tommy Amick; her daughter Margaret Hardies; and her great grandchild Sophia Nielsen.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Holman (Thomas), Scott Shelton (Rosemary), Susan Tislow and Sheri Johnson (Wayne); and her siblings, Marilyn Chisolm, Kathy Clothier and Bobbie Amick. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
