She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cadwell Sr. and Geraldine Cadwell. She is survived by: her husband Dan Lefevre; her sons, Mat Farinas (Summer), Justin Lefevre and Trevor Lefevre; her granddaughter Juliet Farinas; and her siblings, Donnie Cadwell Jr., Dairl Cadwell (Angie) and Vicki Cadwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Human Society for Tacoma & Pierce County in memory of Mary Lefevre.
