He is survived by: his children, Shawn and Tracey; and his siblings, Frank L. Lewis Jr. of Ashland, Cindy Lewis of Costa Mesa, CA. and Gloria (Mark Uhler) of Ashland, Ohio.. He is also survived by 3 nephews, and 3 nieces.
