He was predeceased by: his sister Pamela. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Joshua, Amanda, Victoria and Lucas; his sisters, Sharon, Kim and Victoria; his nieces, Hannah and Tory; and his grandchildren, Adalynn, Annie and Augustine.
