He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin W. Ellsworth and Vera Highberg Ellsworth; his wife Marlene Kalin Ellsworth; and his sisters, Carol Ellsworth Sawtell and Patricia Ellsworth Nelson.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Margie Kalin Patten of Puyallup; his niece Victoria Nelson DeShane of Portland Oregon; his nephews, David Nelson of Tacoma and Paul Sawtell (Connie) of Herndon; his pet Einar; and also, Arill, Jane Berg, Tim and Denise Van Wey.
The family request, in lieu of flowers donations can be made in Ed's memory to the Humane Society.
