He is survived by: his significant other Jan Fawthrop; his children, Addy, Jett, Sam and Benjamin; his siblings, Becky Tietz (Wayne), Mike Black, Frank Black (Betsy), Sue Withers, Bill Black (Mavis), Pat Black (Lisa), Jim Black, Jeanne Berkland (Jesse), Tami Shafer (Terry) and Mary McCrea (Eric); and his sister-in-law Susan Black. He is also survived by his grandchildren; and Jan's grandchildren.
