She was predeceased by: her parents, Michele Rovella and Rosaria Rovella (Cundari); her former husband Daniel Short; her siblings, Dundee, Sibbie, Theresa, Clarinda and Aurelia; her half-sister Ester DePaoli; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Short.
She is survived by: her former husband Ben F. Osborn; her sons, James R. Short (Marilynn Nelson) of Federal Way, Fred M. Short of Hoquiam and Dan W. Short of Tumwater; her grandsons, James D. Short (Jessica), Michael B. Short (Jeanette), David S. Short (Brigitta), Jason M. Short, Ryan P. Short (Serena) and Austin J. Short; her great grandchildren, Isabella Lorynn Short (Bella), Zoe Rose Short, Nico Rovella Short, Ryder Patrick Short, Walker Michael Short and Celena Short-Nemes; and her sister Linda West of Aberdeen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
