He is survived by: his wife Donna Driver-Kummen; his son Chris (Melissa); his grandchildren, Molly and Jamie; his sisters, Randi and Nancy; and his brother-in-law Bill Driver. He is also survived by extended family in Norway, his devoted kitty, Boo, and many dear friends.
