She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Marso and Imelda Marso (Feller); and her sisters, Madonna Crist, Darleen Marso, Betty Friman Kick and Teresa Hovaldt.
She is survived by: her husband Rod Nelson; her children, Becki Forster (Greg Eichacker), Dwayne "Buddy" Eckhoff, Bill Eckhoff (Peggy Christiansen) and Donny Nelson (Rachel); her stepchildren, Dan Nelson (Jessi), Tim Nelson and Kimberly Hefner (Jimmy); and her siblings, Frances Marso, Chuck Marso (Junelle), Charlotte Spader, Mary Sullivan, Judy Muller, Vicky Versteeg (Maury), Marleen Hirsch, LaVonne Tlustos and Elaine Chmielewski. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
