Ronald Alfie Waldo Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Alfie Waldo of Everson, Washington, born in Dayton, Washington, who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfie Waldo and Catherine Melva Waldo (Scott); his son Brian Lee Waldo; his grandson Ryon Harriman; and his siblings, Ted Waldo, Mary Ricketts (Waldo) and Frances Ford (Waldo).

He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Robert Waldo (Robbie) and Sandra Guzman (Ed); and his grandchildren, Darcy Boersma (Mike), Stacy Harriman, Katie Bravo (Gerald), Brad Waldo (Jessica) and Ashley Loreen. He is also survived by great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Discovering that the land had been donated to Everson for that specific use, Ron made it his special project to see that the funds needed were designated, secured outside grants and organized work parties that ensured the park was developed.
