He is survived by: his wife Joyce Birney Ash; his children, Casey (Diana), Genie, Janice (Dusty Hokanson), Nathan (Cherish) and Jared (Savannah); and his siblings, Cathie Westby (Peter) and Dale Ash (Charlotte). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
