It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Lee Quickel of Everett, Washington, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Eddie; her parents, Edith Smith and Melvin Smith; and her siblings, Ralph, Jimmy, Calvin, Cora and Dora.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Marlowe (Chris), Mark Freedberg and Melvin Cairns (Jenny). She is also survived by her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
