He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Wills of Cashmere; his sons, Patrick Orcutt (Jamie) of Mill Creek, WA and Christopher Orcutt (Tara) of Silverdale, WA; and his sister Jeanie Albert (Bob) of Birch Bay.
