He is survived by: his mother Charina Linao Stroud; his siblings, Cyrus Juneil Linao and Saphira Cylene Pouv; his father Sophal Pouv; and his grandparents, Vanna Tieng and Enrique A. Linao.

His final act of kindness has been fulfilled: Saving lives through organ donation.
