He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen O'Keefe. He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie Ann Neally (Justin); and his grandchildren, Baker Thomas, Ezekiel Keith and Daisy Ann.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hotel Indigo (1028 13th St, Everett, WA 98201).
