She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Goebel and Thelma Goebel; and her siblings, Terry and Carla. She is survived by: her husband Donovan Mortenson; her sisters, Vicki Jung (Reinhart), Connie Nilson, Tamara Chamberlain (Michael) and Janna Goebel; her sister-in-law Kathy Goebel; her nieces and nephews, Kenneth Wallenberg (Shelly), Michael Wallenberg, Tanya (Heather), Lynee Forsyth, Ryan Jung, Joshua Chamberlain, Jared Bennett, Rebecca Goebel and Dylan Weir (Bailie); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason Wallenberg (Tori), Bryan (Mandy), Trent, Taya Wallenberg, Joseph, Andrew, Lucas Jung, Justine, Bentley, Noah and Hayden.

Because of her great love of all animals, any donations can be made to the ASPCA in lieu of flowers.
