He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Simpson (Randall) and John Simpson; and his brother Craig Simpson. He is survived by: his sons, Sean and Shane Simpson; the mother of his children Suzanne; his stepdaughters, Whitney Rosa (Chris) and Blair Niemcziek; his grandchildren, Stosh and Ryan Rosa; and his nieces, Nicole, Alissa, Lara and Katie. He is also survived by son cousins and lifelong friends.
Chris shared his gift and brought comfort to others by playing and singing for Alzheimer's patients at local care communities.
