He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara; his pet Max; his mother Jean Furulie; his siblings, Betsy Fink (Jim), Mary Guzman, Tim Whetstine, Carol Storbeck (Tim) and Joe Whetstine (Rose); his sister-in-law Ruth Whetstine; his father Allen Whetstine; his brother Michael Whetstine; and his nephews, Jeffery Bettis and Steven Whetstine.
