She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Platis and Eula Colliers; her stepfather Jim Colliers; and her brother George Platis. She is survived by: her brother Harry Platis (Alethea); her children, Tawnya Bjorkquist (Brad) and Nickolas Streeter (Julie); her grandchildren, Stephen, Isaac, Lyla, Billie and Lorne; her nephew Damon Platis (Tish); and her nieces, Alexandra Flugstad (Matt) and Stephanie Platis.
