It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Raines (Everett, Washington), born in Burr Oak, Iowa, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stuart and Mary Elizabeth Weldon; her husband Donald Raines; and her son Robert Vannoy. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Cobb and Diana Councilman (Gary).
