With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bennye K. Thomas of Everett, Washington, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Bennye departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bennye may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bennye leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Al S. Thomas; her children, Scott Thomas (Sharon), Suzanne Juarez (Victor Porras), Al Thomas II and Benjamin Thomas (Haek Yung); and her grandchildren, Amy, Christina Juarez, Jason, Karissa, Chelby, Landon Thomas and Chelsea. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great granddaughters.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203).
