He is survived by: his daughter Tammie Borrett (Tad) of Severance, CO; his grandchildren, Ryan (Kaitlyn), Jeffrey and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Kenny and Miles; his siblings, Janice Henry of Lacey, WA and Eldon of Sioux City, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Henry-Baumgartner, Laura Slye, Jeffrey, Aaron Henry, Rusty and Curtis Sweet.
