He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Carlile; his parents, James Carlile and Betty Waltman; and his sisters, Patty Adams and Neila Hall.
He is survived by: his former wife Diane Adams; his wife Theresa Fowler (Caffi); his sons, Jason Carlile and Kevin Carlile of Harlock, MD; and his stepchildren, Jason Fowler of Kettle Falls, WA and Joanna Ramsopher of Evans, WA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
