He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Mack and Karlee D. Brown; and his siblings, John and Paula. He is survived by: his wife Patty Bashaw Vreeman; his child Terrah Bicondova (Steve); his grandchildren, Alexis and Olivia; his child Nicky Krost (Tyler); his grandson Teagen; his stepson Matt Vreeman (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Caleb, Isaac and Elena; his stepdaughter Lisa Riggs (Aaron); his stepgrandchildren, Jenna, Payton, Cade and Drew; his siblings, Peggy Long (Ken) of Forks, Albert, Ted, David of Ephrata and Karl of Athol; his sisters-in-law, Roxanne Mack of Ephrata, Laureen Tolsma of Ferndale and Patty Walker of Ephrata; and his nieces and nephews, Stacey Erickson of Wenatchee, Gary Carroll, Alesha Judkins (Kevin) of Ephrata, Eric Mack of Ferndale, Jamie Haugness (Matt) of Lynden, Diane Alvarez of Montana, Daniel Long (Melissa) of Richland, Kerry Long of Forks, Jared Mack (Karinne) of Soap Lake, Jacob (Kayci), Jeremiah (Sara), Jesse Van Velkinburgh (Jeri) of Ephrata, Nathan (Jennifer), Aaron and Phillip Mack of Ephrata. He is also survived by numerous in-laws and out-laws and great nieces and nephews, cousins.
