He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Matthynssens and Wanda Matthynssens; his siblings, Roy, Ronald and Missy; and his daughter Dayna R. Cunningham.
He is survived by: his son Chris. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
