It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Ann MacNeil of Ephrata, Washington, who passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garland and Rita Garland of Dover; her husband Gerard MacNeil (Jerry); and her brother William Garland. She is survived by: her children, William MacNeil of Torrance, California, Michael MacNeil of Watertown, Massachusetts, Steven MacNeil of Ephrata, Washington, Alan MacNeil (Sicily) of Riposto, Elizabeth MacNeil of Ephrata, Washington and Catherine MacNeil of Phoenix, Arizona.; and her siblings, Leann Lyle of Solomons, Delaware, Caro Rubino of Haltom City, Texas and Richard Garland of Los Alamos. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nicoles Funeral Home (157 C St NW, Ephrata, WA 98823).
