Ortiz and Estevan Chapa (Betsy); and his siblings, Norma Martinez, Elsa Medrano, Raul Medrano (Mary), Moises Medrano, Jorge Medrano (Guadalupe), Laura Martinez (Leo), Rosalva Anzaldua (Lorenzo), Nora E. Medrano and Isaac Medrano. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as many special friends.
