It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Mae Doak of Ephrata, Washington, born in Marlin, Washington, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Starkel and Lillie Starkel (Webley); her siblings, Jerry Starkel, Carol Spies, Joyce Oberg and Josephine Disciascio (Tyke); her children, George Zimbelman, Bill Zimbelman and Janie Olsick; and her grandsons, Jesse Zimbelman, Jody McAfee and Ben McAfee. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
