He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore and Viola Moore; and his son Eric Wayne Moore. He is survived by: his wife Debra Moore; his sons, Fred and Chad Moore; his sisters, Ida Williams of Ephrata and Edith Goodman of Ephrata; and his grandchildren, Zack, Hannah and Shayla Moore.
