It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Whiteley Luscher in Ephrata, Washington, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl and Dorothy; his wife Millie; and his son Tavis. He is survived by: his daughters, Alexia Schram (Michael) and Suzanna Turpin (Paul); his grandsons, Evan, Jaxon, Zachary and Luca; and his siblings, Norman (Shirley), Arlene Walton (Philip), Kathleen Mayer (Leo), Lamont Luscher (Margie) and Leon Luscher (Deanna). He is also survived by his nephews, and nieces.
