He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Spade. He is survived by: his wife Joan Weinand Carter; his daughter Sunshine (Jeremy) of Aurora; his stepdaughter Sarah Evans of Renton; and his grandchildren, Dawson, Sunah, Reagan and Seraphina.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Nicoles Funeral Home (157 C St NW, Ephrata, WA 98823).
