She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Tate (Ed); her grandchildren, Kristin Rizk (Mike) and Casey Dunlap (Kevin); her son Rick Follett; her grandchildren, Hunter and Rebecca Follett; her children, Cody and Peyton Follett; her great grandchildren, Sophie Rizk, Weston and Waylon Dunlap; and her siblings, Laverne Schott (Buck), Paulette Berg (Steve), Tamara Gregory, Alice Walllin (Dave), Mike, John, Tom (Darci) and Tim Backes (Maretina).
