He was predeceased by: his daughter Janice Rosenthal; and his sister Thelma. He is survived by: his parents, Noble Deardorff and Ethel Deardorff (Buntain); his wife Martha; his children, Barbara Hansen (Ken) and Doug Deardorff (Linda); and his siblings, Marian Gillin and Wayne Deardorff.
