It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lyle Milligan of Enumclaw, Washington, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Milligan and Dolores Milligan; and his brother Gilpatrick Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Milligan of Enumclaw; his children, Tonya Milligan (Ralph Rose), Valena Barnes (Aaron) of Pullman, Washington, Deborah Slevin (Michael) of Puyallup, Washington and Michael Milligan (Patty) of Carbonado, Washington.; his grandchildren, Starla Milligan, Holly Rose Milligan, Melinda MacCalla, Kiennah Franklin (Ryan), Zachary Barnes, John Slevin, Matthew Slevin, Lyle Milligan and Ben Milligan; his brother Russell Milligan; and his siblings-in-law, Kitty Milligan of Coulee City, Washington, Larry, Janie Sowder of Selah, Washington and Beverly Criswell of Terrace Heights, Washington.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
